Assuming that your child is medically healthy, I would not be concerned. In general, the first primary teeth to erupt are the lower front teeth (central incisors). On the average, these teeth may erupt between 2 to 12 months after birth.
It is important to note that in some cases, a baby may be born with some teeth (called neonatal teeth). Also note that there are variations in eruption sequence such as the gender and race of a child. For example, in general, teeth erupt earlier in girls than boys.

A - Central Incisors - 8-13 months
B - Lateral Incisors - 8-13 months
C - Canines (cuspids) -16-23 months
D - First Molars - 13-19 months
E - Second Molars - 25-33 months
